ABSTRACT

Macroaneurysms are saccular dilatations of the retinal arterioles commonly seen in systemic hypertension. The authors present the first report of the high-resolution optical coherence tomography appearance of an unruptured retinal artery macroaneurysm. [Ophthalmic Surg Lasers Imaging 2009;40:403-404.]
