ABSTRACT

A rare case of transpalpebral migration of a solid silicone explant associated with polymicrobial infection in a pthisical eye is described. The condition resolved completely after surgical removal, wound repair, and antibiotic therapy. [Ophthalmic Surg Lasers Imaging 2004;35:423-425.]
